Neodymium arc magnet is a unique curved shape of sintered Neodymium magnets, made from an alloy of neodymium, iron and boron. Plated with Zinc coating for strong corrosion protection, neodymium arc magnet pieces can form a circle with certain measurements, and it is usually used for both rotor and stator in motors, generators, or magnetic coupling devices. Arc magnets are typically magnetized through diametrical direction and used in pairs in high temperature working environment.
Machining process of arc magnet is relatively more complicated compared to other shapes of neodymium magnets. We utilize various advanced machining methods based on the dimension, productivity, efficiency rate and processing cost. Wire-cutting method has proven to be one of the most advanced methods for special shaped magnet like arc magnets. Our factory is well equipped with automated wire-cutting machines and a strong R&D team that is ready to assist our customer with any requirement they may have.
